Planet Hollywood Pool

Can anyone give me a review of the PH pool? Is it very big? Tropical landscaping? Good for sunbathing and just relaxing with a group of friends?

I stayed at PH when it was the Aladdin. The pool area is very big, lots of places to lounge, there%26#39;s a pool-side bar and lots of room... but the pools themselves leave a lot to be desired. There%26#39;s two pools - one on either side of the pool deck, as well as hot tubs. The pools aren%26#39;t very big or deep, but they%26#39;ll cool you off. My favorite thing about the pool area was the view from the roof deck it%26#39;s on.

Don%26#39;t think there was much landscaping... maybe a few trees here and there (they may have added more since the change to PH)... It%26#39;s definitely a nice pool area, but certainly not one of the best.

No shade, on the roof area so not really large compared to other pools.

If you are going in summer, you will be in the sun.

There is a ton of room up there to make it very attractive and PH is too cheap to use it for bands or sand volleyball. Even put in a few blackjack tables. the pools are large enough. Its on the sixth floor so you do not need to hike thru the casino to get there.
