We are going to Vegas for a week (July 25-August 1). Have yet to book our hotel however we are putting together a schedule for the week and would welcome advice/thoughts/things to do. I%26#39;m 40 (2nd time in Vegas--last time was 15 years ago). My wife 34 (this is her first time).
Friday;
Arrive around 12 noon. (Check-in)
Afternoon: Do some sight seeing on the strip/shopping areas/etc
Evening: Dinner/drinks (thinking Margaritaville):
Maybe watch the fountains/go up the Eifel tower, etc
Saturday
Morning: Sleep in; Late Brunch (Wynn or Paris Buffet
Afternoon: (Pool)
Evening: Lance Burton Magic Show (wife likes magic)
Then hit a club--not sure what would be good for our age range?
Monday;
(Road Trip: Hoover Damn/Grand Canyon)
Overnight in the Canyon--any recommendation on where to stay?
Tuesday
Second day of Road Trip
(maybe hit red rock on the way back) Any other places to hit???
Wednesday (My Bday)
Morning: More sight seeing
Afternoon: QUA SPA
Evening: Steak Dinner (thinking either at Prime or the Place at Caesars
GAMBLING (want to play some texas hold%26#39;em--where is a good place with reasonable betting limits/blinds).
Thinking the Palms at the end of the night.
Thursday:
Morning: Sleeping of Bday hangover
Afternoon: Outlet shopping (the wife)
Evening: Comedy Show (Suggestions welcomed?)
Friday: Leave
Any advice would be welcome.
Cheers, Lance
Advice Welcomed: Vegas week Itinerary
It sounds good to me and it%26#39;s smart that you aren%26#39;t planning too much. Once you arrive and start going places, the schedule would be sure to change. Go with the flow when you can and just enjoy being in Vegas!

Gabby beat me to the same suggestion...You have a lot planned just go with the flow once you get there.
And don%26#39;t stress on doing everything on your list if the timing doesn%26#39;t work. There is always the next trip which I%26#39;m sure there will be one...
Have a fun safe trip!
