Any hotels that are all inclusive?

Hi,

My family and I are thinking about taking a vacation in Las Vegas approximately close to the beginning of Nov.08 and would like to know if there are any hotels in Las Vegas that are all inclusive and would be good for a toddler (who%26#39;ll be not quite 2 at that point)We%26#39;d be traveling from Toronto. Thanks.

Any hotels that are all inclusive?

not a chance , not many places to go really with a 2yr old either - they can%26#39;t gamble/drink or spend much money - tis vegas

Any hotels that are all inclusive?

I might not be the best person to answer this question, since I don%26#39;t really know what ';all inclusive'; means ... but most of the major properties have the same amenities. They%26#39;ll have a spa and a pool and plenty of restaurants ... etc.

Since you have a 2 year old you%26#39;ll need to avoid the casinos as much as possible. You can walk through with the kid, but can%26#39;t stop to linger, watch or play.

This being the case, you might try the Venetian. The casino at the V is smaller than most and it isn%26#39;t the main focus of the property. The main focus is the canal shops (a big fancy mall with fancy stores and fancy restaurants).

The Wynn is NOT for you. They actively discourage children from visiting their property.

I think most pools will be closed in November ...

You have not given us much info about what your interests are or what your price range is ... that might help.

BTW, be prepared for people on this to board give you a hard time about bringing a young child to Sin City. It%26#39;s a very controversial subject here.

Do what you think is right but also be aware that there are a lot of things in Vegas that aren%26#39;t for kids.

All inclusive means you pay one price and it includes room plus meals and drinks.

monimonie, there are not all inclusives in Vegas, at least not that I%26#39;ve heard of. November can be cool and would not be pool weather in Vegas so I%26#39;m not sure what you could do with a two year old. Most all shows in Vegas have an age minimum. If you are bringing along a babysitter or grandparents/relatives/friends who could help out then it would work much, much better for you.

No all inclusive hotels in vegas.

For the previous poster%26#39;s information, ';all inclusive'; means a resort where one price is paid and it includes room, all meals, all alcohol and even all or most activities and sports. Such places are pretty common in Mexico and the Carribean Islands ( like Club Med etc) , but there are none in Las Vegas. I think it is difficult to find real ';all inclusives'; ( that include the alcohol especially) in the US at all ( possibly because of our higher priced labor market and higher priced alcohol). We have just one in Florida, the Club Med at Port St. Lucie- but it is really not very nice and is far from the beach , concentrating mainly on tennis and golf.

We have been to several Club Meds in the Carribean and enjoyed not having to handle money at all, but I can%26#39;t imagine such a place ever opening in Las Vegas.

I also have a little one less than two years old and she has been to vegas many times now. Her favorite place so far has been the Flamingo because of the habitat area that has birds, waterfalls, lots of walking around areas. She also loves the pool at the Palms. I know so many people frown on having kids go with you to Vegas, but we have never had a problem. She is always in our room by 8 pm. and hubby and I take turns if we want to gamble at night. Our last trip we went to the Mandalay Bay Shark and water life show. She really loved it and there were lots of other kids there. We have no problem walking through the casinos, as long as you don%26#39;t stop, and everyone seems so happy to see her. Because she has been to so many places and restaurants, I think it helps because she is very well behaved. She doesn%26#39;t run around or throw tantrums. If she did I think there would be a problem. So good luck and have fun!!

dennii: I%26#39;m glad you%26#39;ve had good experiences traveling with your baby, but it%26#39;s worth pointing out that if she is under two she is not going to remember any of it. (How much do you remember from when you were 1 year old?)

While really not all inclusive there are hotels that offer ';concierge levels';. This includes access to a lounge where they serve drinks, snacks, and even some hot items that can be used as meals. There is no extra charge for these items, but of course it costs more to stay on this floor.

I%26#39;m sure this isn%26#39;t an ';all inclusive'; list, but I know Monte Carlo, Venetian and Palazzo offer this.

Have you checked the weather in November? It may not be pool weather if that%26#39;s what you are looking for.
