Help me make a choice

Ok so after alot of searching, I have trimmed down to a few selections.

New York New York, Treasure Island or Excalibur. There is also Paris Hotel.

Can you guys help me out picking one. They must all have poker to play im guessing at their casinos, I want to know also if their pools are nice cause during the day I want to be able to enjoy it. Let me know which would be ur picks

Thanks again

Help me make a choice

Is this your first visit to LV? If so, I would choose by location. TI and Paris are both mid strip. (Great location for a first timer). Im certain all your choices have poker in their casinos. I cant give you any advice on pools, since I have yet to visit one in Vegas. Good luck! =)

Help me make a choice

yes its my first visit to LV, looking to make a good choice.

I would say either TI or Paris. The only reason I wouldn%26#39;t say NYNY is because of the renovations that are going on there now, but maybe someone who recently stayed there will respond on whether it affected their stay or not. I know you will probably get a lot of responses about staying center strip, but I stayed at the MGM Grand (directly across from NYNY) on my first trip last May and I absolutely loved it! I will be there again on my 3rd trip next week. People will make it sound like it is in California, but the location is a good one. Excalibur may have a lot of kids, so that is something to also consider. Have a great trip whatever you choose!

Of the options you list I%26#39;d choose Paris or TI and lean towards Paris based purely upon location.

Be aware that none of your possibilities have great pools. If this is really important then maybe take a look at MGM Grand or Flamingo.

Here%26#39;s a site with lots of good poker info:

Out of your choices, I would definitely pick Paris, It is a lovely hotel, has lots of good places to eat, center of the strip, great casino vibe, connected to Bally%26#39;s thru an inside walkway. The beds are very comfy, they are ultra soft pillowtop, the rooms are a good size, fantastic view, yes it has poker their, great CW free drink service, the pool is nice but nothing spectacular, but you can go to Flamingo%26#39;s pool after 2 which is a party pool, it is 2 casino%26#39;s down from Paris.

If you would like to check out the pool %26amp; hotel room, %26amp; casino gaming you can go to Harrah%26#39;s website to check out Paris

www.harrahs.com

on top click on LV, then hotel (Paris), click on pool, hotel overview, gaming, %26amp; while you are there check out the hot deals, you may find a better deal on the website.

Have a great time in Vegas in wherever you decide on.

If you%26#39;re primary concerns are poker room %26amp; pool none of those are a good choice. In that price range I would recommend checking MGM.

Out of these choices, the only one with a good pool is Excalibur. However, based on your other posts I think you%26#39;d be happier at MGM Grand and you can probably get a nice rate there for an August trip.

like blagger said. (ive been saying this a lot)

If youre going withing the next month, of course Rio is hosting the WSOP, Ceasars is hosting a Megastack tourney and the Venetian their Super Stacke series.

I wouldnt bet on the Paris poker room...theyve dimished the room to the back by sports booking. It was so much better in front of Gustavs bar.

Treasure Island has a good poker room and I would look there as its updated (as well as their resort room), albeit the poker room is a little small, but theyre run a great ship and bounty tournament.

TI or Paris for sure!
